Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping times for FedEx and UPS are longer than usual. We cannot guarantee the following shipping time, regardless of whether the option/payment priority or expedited option is selected. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, but these delays are beyond our control.

Transport and handling

For all orders, we provide expedited and priority delivery. To determine the shipping cost, you must go to the checkout page. Please contact a representative before ordering special order items for a customized shipping quote.

Shipping and handling time

We will process and ship your order every day. Unless otherwise stated, orders for standard shipping are usually completed and shipped within 3-5 business days (M-F) after purchase. . The processing time for special order items may take longer, and custom shipping charges may be required. You will pay when you place the order. When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation letter with tracking information via email.

return the goods

We accept most unused and unopened items within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund or credit, excluding any original shipping costs. Customers do not need to pay the purchase fee. However, the product and packaging must be brand new to ensure that the product can be resold to other customers. Round-trip freight will not be refunded. Exception: special order items or final sale/clearance items.

We are not responsible for lost return packages and recommend that you insure and track the package. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. You are welcome to use the shipping method of your choice.
